I have two roles are Org Change; as consultant and Managing Partner. I have over 30 years’ experience with large and medium sized multi-national organisations worldwide. My areas of specialty are strategy, implementation, strategic and organisational change, and the development of change competence as an organisation specific strategic capability.
I work with clients to help create the organisations they envision and achieve the outcomes their organisations desire. I help clients find ways to address constraints to high performance, to deal with thorny and protracted issues, and to develop the ability to meet future challenges.
I have deep expertise in helping clients deal with VUCA using foresight tools such as scenario planning, facilitating strategy formulation, assisting with translating strategy to implementation, program and project management, strategic change, change management and governance.
